Libraries and librarians in the US are under attack from well-organized censorship activists. This film documents the real life experiences of some of the librarians whose lives were turned upside down by challenges to their communities’ freedom to read. It will make you wonder if it can also happen here….

Following the screening, stay for an engaging and informative panel discussion featuring:
 * James Turk – Director, Centre for Free Expression, Toronto Metropolitan University
 * Michelle Arbuckle – Executive Director, Ontario Library Association
 * Dan Atkins – CEO, Guelph Public Library

Panel moderated by Guelph’s own wonderful Wilma Aalbers, educator and library advocate.
